The history of our developments is always very important to us. For over a century, Bootham Green was a lively and happy school, the redundant buildings and site have had new life breathed into them to create 38 uniquely designed eco homes.

The Victorian conversion means our town houses have historic architectural features, whilst being fitted with contemporary fixtures inside. The new build houses are architect designed throughout and add a modern foil to the character of the historic school buildings. We made it our aim to ensure Bootham Green again becomes the kind of community and place where the happiest of memories are made. Just like it used to be.
